- Where We Ship: We ship to the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
- Order Handling Time: Order handling time is 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping Transit Time: Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
- Shipping Cost: Free
- Shipping Carriers: We ship orders using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24–72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
- Order Cancellation Policy: Our team begins processing orders immediately after placement, sometimes within just a few hours of purchase. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests will be accommodated. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@mabeewear.shop as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
